Working under the supervision of a partner, development coach and a buddy, the program will enable you to become familiar with the firm and how it operates. King & Wood Mallesons also has a fun social and community focused element to the program which provides a great opportunity to meet our partners and staff.
The Hong Kong program will enable graduates to complete 6 month rotations across 4 different practice areas. Throughout the program, you will have on the job experience, with access to a greater choice and variety of destinations, as Graduates will have the opportunity to apply to complete a rotation in one of our interstate or overseas offices.
Due to the success of our vacation clerkship programs, we will recruit the majority of our Hong Kong trainees from our vacation clerkship pool. Interviews for trainee positions will not be required for former vacation clerks. The offer of a trainee contract is conditional upon the successful completion of the PCLL course in Hong Kong.
