CLSS publishes a regular student oriented newsletter, called The Gavel. It includes a mixture of legal news, articles and student journalism. The Gavel is distributed freely on campus in print, and via e-mail.

Executive
Helen Xue is the Publications Director of CLSS. It is her responsibility, under the Society Constitution to organise the newsletter and advertising for the society.
