President: Elizabeth Wang
The President plans the Society’s activities and liaises with the Executive in implementing these activities.
Vice-President (Sponsorship): Boya Han
A Vice-President deputises for the President at need and assists her in all her duties. The Vice President (Sponsorship) works alongside the Vice President (Careers) to secure sponsorship for O-week showbags and the Careers Fair. She assists in maintaining the relationship between the Society and its major sponsors.
Vice-President (Careers): Sarah Li
A Vice-President deputises for the President at need and assists her in all her duties. It is the responsibility of the Vice President (Careers) to plan and organise career information events, as well as to gather and disseminate career information to members.
Treasurer: Nicola Zhang
The Treasurer maintains the Society’s finances and ensures low inflation within the Society.
Secretary: Ian Chan
The Secretary organises meetings and maintains all records of the Society, including meeting minutes.
Education: Joan Tang
The Education Director plans and organises activities with educational value, and provides a point of contact for education-related enquiries.
Social: Sarah Trau
The Social Director is charged with organising social activities and sporting competitions for its members.
Publications: Shirley Tran
The Publications Director is responsible for the production of the CLSS newsletter, the Gavel.
IT: Alice Li
The website is run by the IT Director.
General Executive: Joy Shi, Sarah Oh, Julius Chaisumdet
